The building was built in the form of tightly clenched fist, symbolizing the strength needed to defend Vukovar against aggression. Inside, in a glazed precipice, at a depth of 2.5 meters is another symbolism in the form of "buried" turret tank destroyed the former JNA. In front of a home is a sign of a tank force by the brave defenders broke and bust Blago Zadro which is undisputed hero of the Homeland War, and fought and led the Veterans Administration in the area of Vukovar.
