Today, on the north side of the square building is the Tourist Board, business park, commercial and hospitality facilities. On the eastern side of the city museum, city archives (which is in the process of relocating to another location), the Cathedral of St.. Teresa and commercial buildings. On the south side of the Bjelovar-Kaap Radio and list of editorial Bjelovar, Bjelovar Theatre, National Library "Petar Preradovic" and commercial buildings. On the west side of the square of the city council, post office and commercial buildings. Park Square Eugene Kvaternik won the award for most beautiful park in the area of Continental Croatian. The park is located about 40 species of trees and shrubs (mostly introduced species). Most have chestnut. The park occasionally hosts many events, such as the famous Theresiana the second weekend in June.
