The actor's festival is devoted primarily to the actor and his creativity and is the only festival in Croatia where he is at the center of the actor, as the actor is the center of the play, theater and every theater event.

The actor is the beginning and the beginning of theatrical act, body and soul of the writer's work. The actor - both myself and as a crowd - can fully argue: "The theater is it myself." From modesty and love to the theater, he never speaks this and so, in order to encourage, affirm and popularize for years in the second plan the suppressed acting creativity, We dedicate this Festival.

The Festival of Actors is the festival on which she graduates with the statues "Fabijan Šovagović", "Ivo Fici" and "Nevenka Filipović" also receive a cash prize.
