
HERITAGE MUSEUM STJEPAN GRUBER, ŽUPANJA
Heritage Museum "Stephen Gruber" in Zupanja located in the western part of the city, on the left bank of the river Sava.
The Museum now has two larger and two smaller objects linked museum park. The central and largest building of the museum is the Border watchtower, square-storey house with a porch.
It was built in the early 19th century as a military facility, and the only such example vojnokrajiške preserved fortification on the Croatian territory.
