JOSIP VRHOVSKI – DISTINGUISHED COMPOSER, CONDUCTOR AND PEDAGOGUE
(1902nd to 1983rd), author črečanske anthem "Črečan village." He founded and led the Choral Society Črečinčari he successfully represented Črečan Medjimurje and in numerous competitions.
At his house is a memorial plaque, and was named after him and a very successful choir Joseph Vrhovski Nedelišće which primarily keeps his musical legacy.
