Zorislav Drempetić Hrčić educated in the painting department of the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb, with Professor Joseph Rasteka. Painting study started 1956th at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. Two years later he returned to Zagreb, where he continued his studies.

The first contact with a painting of the family and family friends. His father was a house painter, and his father's friend was a Czech painter Davorin Solarik. With it, he has worked at restoring frescoes in churches and castles in Zagorje.
He was trained in painting at the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb, with Professor Joseph Rasteka. Painting study started 1956th at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. Two years later he returned to Zagreb, where he continued his studies. He graduated in the class of Professor Ljubo Babic.
His work until August 2006. postromantistički by nature. which also had the highest importance. He tried his hand in all painting techniques. His themes are Zagorje, Zagreb, Dalmatia, Istria, castles, mansions, churches, landscapes, "foreboding architecture and vegetation," izmagličasti scenes caught by the light.
Until August 2006. had more than 60 solo exhibitions and has been part of more than 200 group exhibitions at home and abroad. His last exhibition (August 2006). Had the gallery Oršić castle in Upper Stubica called Radiance light.
