Klicevica fort is located near the highway Zadar, Split, and all that rushing the road to Split to see if you can briefly just before the exit for Benkovac look down look left. Klicevica located on high ground, below which murmurs, at least in the spring, the namesake creek. Residents are, therefore, had no source of fresh water just below the walls. So it works out Benkovac reached by road to Zadar if that mile after exit from Benkovac turn left - paved path leads across the railroad tracks, and then further away, and continues through the unpaved, little by clearing a bit through the pine forest - some guidance would be welcome. Establish a forest trail approaches with its rear side, dominated by powerful, high round tower at the north corner. In front of the south wall of the fort is a small clearing, beneath which is a steep descent to the stream. Here is the entrance.
