Back in 1516th The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to the shepherds on the island Zecevo, in the heart of Nin diocese. Numerous testimonies of the alleged apparitions are Bishop George Divnić that on the day of the apparition, 5 May, the foundation of the feast of Our Lady of rabbits who are in the area marked by Nina since those days. The faithful come from different parts of the pilgrimage to the Virgin Mary because of the miraculous events that occurred during the past five hundred years, and the fifth statue of the Virgin is carried by boat to the place of the apparitions.
