In this area Ustashe in April 1941. helped push up the first concentration camps in the NDH. Through the camp until its closure in September 1942 has been more than 5600 inmates, most of which are transported to the camps and Jadovno Jasenovac. Designed by architect Lenka Plestina 1981 refurbished buildings have survived the camps. Restored section of the old, original wall was built, and a new memorial wall. Artistic concrete tower resembles a guard or "gallows" and symbolizes the human suffering in general. Stable is converted into a showroom with display of documents and objects from World War II. The old steam locomotives from the 19th century they are in sealed trains labeled "rotten fruit", transported prisoners from the train station in Koprivnica within the camp, a silent witness to the Ustasha terror and terror.
