CULTURAL SUMMER IN KASTAV, 30.06. – 25.8.2017.
The beginnings of this, the oldest continuous summer festival in the Kvarner region date back to the early 90's, namely 1992nd year. Then a group of enthusiasts including the current President of the Association, I. Lukanović, and led by the late honorary president Milivoje Jelovica, organized the first'' summer'' which marked the dramatic programs of local authors and performers.

The next year, to encourage response from the audience, the program was bigger and richer. Over the years the trend has spread up to this year's festival includes music, drama, art and exhibition facilities. The participation of numerous foreign artists and performers from around the world, the festival has got an international touch.
