Gibanica is multilayered, richly stuffed and highly caloric food, and the preparation of puff pastry crust and four kinds of fillings: cottage cheese, grated apples, crushed walnuts and ground poppy seeds, with extras (raisins, cinnamon, etc. ...). Cake were once baked exclusively in earthen vessels, and now it works in other types of vessels, usually metal protvan.
