KRK TOWN - OLD TOWN

The city walls are one of the best preserved in the Adriatic.

The city walls were built from Illyrian times to the fall of Venice. The first mention of today's walls dates from 1.st BC. The last significant remodeling was tin he late 15th century. Today, the old core is one of the few in Croatia which has most of its walls preserved.
