It is characterized by homemade traditional Dalmatian cuisine, old recipes based on herbs from Velebit, vegetarian and diet dishes and classic dishes prepared by caring hands and chef's big heart .
A special place in restaurant's offer have "Ancient marinades" of blue and white fish served as a cold appetizer, seafood (a number of shell species, shrimps, Adriatic calamari and high quality fresh white fish from the Adriatic), lamb and veal, steak combined with shrimps and all kinds of meat grilled on charcoal. What is most interesting is that halfboard and fullboard hotel and villa guests choose thir meals  from "a la carte" menu of the restaurant .
In year 2000. the HACCP system and in year 2008. the system ISO 14001 were implemented. Throughout its history the restaurant won numerous awards and was listed in the top 100 restaurants of Croatia in 2007., 2008., 2009. and 2011.
