Protected geomorphological natural monument
Meet the mystical nature of which has been developing for thousands of years, away from daylight and the human eye - visit the underground cave world. This cave is a treasure chest of stalagmites and stalactites, underworld sculptures created through the patient work of centuries of water. They were built so miraculous icicle forms the most significant being the ten-meter high curtain, very realistic statue of the Virgin Mary, the body of the shepherdess Milka, the leaning tower of Pisa, snowman-torchbearer who has become a trademark of the cave.
In one of the halls you will pass by a wide hatches 4 and 66 meters deep, which descends to the underground lake. And so, in five halls, five galleries of abstract and realistic sculptures, a 40 minute walk along a three hundred meter long run, of course, accompanied by guides and curators. Interesting this adventure is the encounter with the underground world of animals: you will see the human fish and endemic animals that live only in the Istrian karst areas and miniature transparent crabs and insects.
