DAY OF THE EUROPEAN STORK VILLAGE, ČIGOČ, 17.06.2017.
Maybe it's hard to believe, but the village has more Čigoć winged inhabitants than human. Specifically, Čigoć lives of 120 people and two hundred species that are regarded as permanent residents of the village. Due to their harmonious coexistence Čigoć was declared the first European Stork Village.
In honor of this event was organized in part by the visitors can ride on a tour boat or a horse-drawn cart, participate in cycling, or take a tour of Lonja field. For those who did not want so many activities there are concerts and a fine selection of food to the region.
