City Center one West in Jankomir was opened at the end of 2006. and it was the first classic shopping mall in Croatia. Today, there are 120 stores, restaurants, cafes and other facilities on the 100,000 square meters of gross floor area.

Then, just through the City Center one on Croatian market led many well-known companies such as Peek & Cloppenburg, racers, Muller, Interspar, New Yorker, Swarovski, TomTailor, s.Oliver and many others. They were later joined by other well-known brands such as H&M, C&A, Humanic, Douglas and many others.

There are 2100 free parking spaces in a large underground garage available to the customer of City Center one West, two levels above ground garage and large parking lot in front of the Centre. The Center itself is spread over two floors, which are connected by elevators and escalators, and completely accessible to people with disabilities and children. In addition to offering a wide variety of world-renowned brands and respected local brands, City Center one is a pleasant place for socializing and entertainment. In addition to other facilities for children, stands out the Kid's Jungle - free playroom which covers 500 square meters, and for adults there are many cafes and restaurants.
