In the fall visitors can taste various dishes based on mushrooms, truffles and game (wild boar, deer, pheasant, woodcock, rabbit), and the inevitable spring asparagus, fresh curd and pork in oil and of course all with homemade pasta. The house specialty is grilled meat, especially Fiorentina aged at least 20 days.
The restaurant can serve up to 50 guests, while in summer guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace in the shade of ancient oaks and look to shoot in all directions.
