LINO ČERVAR

(Delic in Vrsar, Croatia, September 22, 1950).
A former longtime coach of the Croatian handball team.

In 1971. graduated from the Pedagogical Academy in Pula and became the teacher of the Croatian language. Handball coaching career began in the handball club trick in Novigrad 1974th year. In 1980. Practicing the Istraturist from Umag with which the fifth league for five seasons launched the first Federal League of Yugoslavia.

With Lino Červar led the Croatian team, which was the last European Championships 2002nd for almost two years became the world champion and Olympic medalist.
