Central Croatia has a long tradition of pumpkin whose seeds were the first materials for the production of oil in this region. Today, when more and more manufacturers recognize the culinary and nutritional benefits of Bučina oil, it has become a kind of delicacy and trademark Croatian continental cuisine. Noisy oil contains very high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, and has an effective impact on health by participating in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, heart attack and stroke.
