The idea of an international folklore festival brought to life in the 1998th year.The festival is included in the official program CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Culture), which operates under the auspices of UNESCO. Until now, he has hosted a group of four (4) continents: Europe, Asia, America and Africa. They performed folk ensembles from twenty three (23) states.
