
VINEYARD ON ISLAND PELJEŠAC
Peljesac Vineyards is one of six in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, and the vineyards are located more than 968 hectares of plantations.
The association Plavac began a long planned project that aims to revitalize the peninsula with a long tradition of wine and most distinguished Croatian red wines: Dingac, Procedure, Mali and Plavac Peninsula. Peljesac Vineyards is one of six in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, the vineyard has 968 hectares of plantations. The task of the association's evaluation Plavac Peljesac wines and vineyards and wine promotion and publicity, and create a brand from the great wines of controlled origin. The project Peljesac wine-skinned tourists can see traditional values peninsula and today widely known wines. Association for now gathers nine of thirty-five private wineries on the peninsula.
