Components that are necessary for the preparation of:

500 g of wheat flour
3 g of salt
1 ml of lukewarm water
For the filling:
300 g buckwheat porridge
1 dl oil pumpkin
15 g salt
beaten dry pumpkin seeds
Mix flour, salt and water is kneaded and stretched the dough into one large or two small grinder. Porridge is cooked, drain, salt and black poulji oil.
