Connects Ilica over Tomićeva with Strossmayer promenade from which is the beautiful view on the city.

Lower station is in Tomićeva Street (going to Ilic and before called Bregovita Street), and the upper station is located at the Strossmayer Promenade,at the foot of tower Lotrščak. On the track 66 meters long, is also known as the shortest funicular railway in the world designed for public transport.It was officially put into operation 8th listopada 1890th year, and the work was started on 23 travnja 1893rd year. It was built by Osijek builder D.W. Klein
At first it was the steam operating that is in 1934th was replaced with an electric one. Being up to date fully retained its original
exterior building and construction, and most of the technical features that gave her builders, the Zagreb Funicular legal
protected as a cultural monument. Zagreb funicular is one of the tourist attractions in Zagreb.
The ride lasts 64 seconds. Funicular overcomes an altitude of 30.5 meters to rise from 52 per cent (the upper station is at 156.5 m above sea level, and the bottom at 126 m
