Ideas for weekend

Peninsula Vizula size of 25 hectares is protected as an archaeological site. Lesser extent explored (found remains of villas terraced on three levels with the parts, and peristyle, thermae - photo attached). According to research we know that the villa had its own dock with warehouse space. It was built gradually and altered during 4 periods of 1 to 5/6 century - Augustus, Hadrian, Constantine and the Early Medieval. In Constantine's time was the imperial residence situated and for the period related legends / stories about Crisp. There are indications of archaeologists and historians that Crispo, the firstborn son of Constantine the Great was imprisoned and murdered in a country villa on the Vizul.

The story takes place after the year 326 AD. Crispo was the firstborn son of Constantine the Great, and should it one day inherit the throne, which is not to the liking of Faust, the second wife of Constantine and Crispovoj her stepmother. Faust tries to fight for the rights to his three sons born in marriage with Constantine. First attempts to seduce Crisp, but when she does not succeed, accuses Crisp that he tried to kiss, to believe that Constantine the Great, and to imprison Crisp in a country villa on the visa. While incarcerated Crispo, Helena, Constantine's mother, Faustina debunks conspiracy, Constantine the Great insights truth, gives an order to deliver Crisp, however Crispo is under mysterious circumstances in zatočeništu been murdered. Constantine, after losing the first-born son, revenge Faust, and ordered her murder.

Based on these stories made the ancient play that is played 3 times during the summer months for two years. The response of the audience and the guests was great. So far played in the Croatian, and next year it will be a play in English, one Croatian and one in Italian. After the show held a Roman feast.
